Information provided by the Buyer is confidential. Placing an Order means the Buyer's consent and permission to the Seller to process the Buyer's personal data, including last name, first name, date of birth, gender, postal address, mobile phones, email address, and other data provided by the Buyer, including collection, systematization, accumulation, storage , clarification (updating, changing), use, distribution (including transfer within the territory of Georgia and cross-border transfer), depersonalization, blocking, destruction of personal data, for carrying out marketing programs (promotions), statistical research, as well as for promoting services on the market by making direct contact with the buyer using various means of communication, including, but not limited to: mailing lists, e-mail, telephone, fax, and the Internet. The Buyer agrees and allows the Seller and the Seller’s counterparties to process the Buyer’s personal data using automated database management systems, as well as other software.
By leaving personal data, the Buyer thereby confirms his consent to receive emails and SMS messages containing information about new products, promotions, special offers, etc. The Buyer has the right to refuse to receive emails and SMS messages during the registration process or by notifying the Seller.
The Buyer has the right to request from the Seller complete information about his personal data, their processing and use, as well as to request the exclusion or correction/amplification of incorrect or incomplete personal data by sending a corresponding request to the Seller’s Customer Support Service. The consent given by the Buyer in this Agreement to the processing of his personal data is unlimited.
Disclosure of information in accordance with reasonable and applicable requirements of the legislation of Georgia is not considered a violation of obligations.
The Seller is not responsible for the information provided by the Buyer in the online store in a publicly accessible form, as well as for publicly available information about the Buyer.
