vers.ge wants you to be thrilled with your new purchase. If you are not satisfied with the product you bought, you can return it for refund or exchange.

There are a few important things to keep in mind when returning a product you purchased online from vers.ge:

You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

Only items that have been purchased directly from vers.ge can be returned to vers.ge.

Our roducts purchased through other retailers must be returned in accordance with their respective returns and refunds policy.

Items ordered online from vers.ge and delivered damaged or incorrect may be returned to the vers.ge store.

How to Return an Item.

To return  an item on vers.ge, please report your intention for refund or exchange in free form to the Сustomer support service using the "CONTACT US" link at the top of the page. Please ensure that the item you're returning is repackaged with all the cords and adapters that were included when you received it. Send the product back to vers.ge to the address provided by the Customer support service. 

Exchange.

If your intention was to exchange the item. Once we receive your item, the exchange of the item will be initiated immediately. A new item will be sent to your address within 10 business days of receipt of the returned item. 

Refunds.

If your intention was to refund the item. Once we receive your item, a refund is initiated immediately. Refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within 5 business days of receipt of the returned item or cancellation request. Please contact the card-issuing bank with questions about when the credit will be posted to your account.
